Nice stay for a day,...

Liked: The size of the room was good, spacious. Breakfast was nice.
Disliked: During booking there was information about parking being available. It did not mention the costs though, so it seemed this was included. It wasn’t and costs are 15 euro. This is an ok price for a private garage, but should be mentioned upfront. There is only one little trash can in the room. It would be appreciated if there were in the bathroom and toilet as well. There is no possibility to put your shower products anywhere but on the floor in the shower, but on the floor. I always appreciate a little shelf.

Liked: Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: We arrived 15 minutes before check in and were told to wait, even though they had 3 people at the desk. When we did get our key, the elevator didn't work so we walked to the 3rd floor only to find our room not made up. We walked back down and got a new room, but no one helped us move our bags to a new building. We were told to park our bikes in the underground garage, but not which floor so we had to return to the desk again. We get to our room and no towels. Towels arrived at 6:30. We are riding bikes along the Danube so we like to take a shower after riding 5-6 hours. That wasn't possible until 4.5 hours after check in. Compensation? Not even offered.

Nice location, great rooms, communication...

Liked: The location is wonderful, especially if one wants to have a nice little stroll in the city center and to the "Ulmer Münster"
Disliked: I was informed only at my arrival that the parking garage was not operational. Also, the safe in the room was inoperational, which the staff told me only after I asked them explicitly about it.

Excellent location, friendly staff, excellent...

Liked: The hotel has two buildings. Last time I had stayed in the old one. Not satisfied. This time I was hosted in the new building. There, everything is excellent. Luxurious rooms with all the amenities. This rooms deserve a 5* rating.
