Trip to London

Liked: It is well located near 2 tube stations. Kensington Park is a few yards away and there are many cafes and restaurants in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and copious.
Disliked: My room was a little small and too hot in spite of the fan.

Exceptional

Liked: Hotel is excellent for short stays for concerts etc only 5 minutes from underground station .Breakfast was great plenty of choice and really tasty.Will definitely use the hotel again.

Superb

Liked: Well located and, out of all the options in London, it was good value. London prices are always exorbitant, but this one was more reasonable.;
Disliked: The bathroom and room was completely refurbished, which is why I don't understand the choice for an 'open' shower that makes the entire bathroom wet.It wouldn't be difficult to get that closed, I think, but still....

Never stay again

Liked: The reception was lovely and staff ok, bar was lovely and clean and served good drink.
Disliked: The room we were placed in had no window, Air con did not work and had 2 fans in the room. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable, it was dusty. The bathroom was disgusting. limescale was so bad we did not shower, we showered in my friends hotel room. It was so hot, nails hanging out the wall, shower tiles broken and disgusting, limescale in the shower (over bath) was honestly the worst iv ever seem. the room was obviously flooded at some point as the wood round the bottom of the doors and wardrobe area was warped and black. very disgusting room. I did ask to be changed but no rooms available. I didnt even speak to them at check out as my 16 year old daughter just wanted out the hotel. Went for breakfast and it was dried up, look warm and nothing to choose from. we checked out early and didnt even leave our bags to store, so looked for another bag storage so we did not go back.

Beyond perfection !

Liked: I am used to book rooms and hotels via booking and often times, I am satisfied. I am not used to send reviews because often time, I do not know what to say. But for this, OH MY GOD! It was absolutely perfect. No problem, the staff was very kind, the location is perfect (3 subway station from 5min distance) as well as a direct entry to hyde park. I took one of the renovated room and I was beyond surprised to the room, decoration, equipment. I highly recommand it and I will definetely come back everytime I go to London. I want to thank all the staff and cleaning people for their amazing work and kindness !
Disliked: Nothing, it was perfect ! If you add a microwave somewhere so customers can reheat their food, it would be 11/10 !

brilliant, without question I'll be...

Liked: Perfect location, clean and beautiful. I cant wait to return in the near future. Brilliant value for money.When we arrived we got a sandwich at the bar and didn't expect it to be up to much but even as far as sandwiches go it was fab!
Disliked: The shower could have drained a little better. It was a newly refurbished room but the drain didn't work fast enough for the water.
