Decent hotel with room for...

Liked: Rooms were clean and modern. Housekeeping came daily and replenished amenities.
Disliked: Wifi didn't work. The luggage room was empty when we wanted to check out.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Too many noise. Fire alarm faulty no allowing us to sleep comfortably. Air condition is broke every time and we keep calling for fixing.

Liked: The position is pretty good, nearby bus stations and subway. The staff were nice, daily cleaning.
Disliked: When we arrived we received a different room from the one that we booked which was at the mezzanine and it did not have openable windows. We got another room the next day after some discussions, but not like the room that we had booked.The second room had a window, but it wouldn't close properly and it was placed behind the bed, so the cold air would hit our heads. This room had a shower with only a hat, so it was difficult to use. The furniture was so old, in a rough shape.We did not have a toilet brush.We feel like the rooms were too expensive for what offered and we don't recommend this hotel.
