Good

Perfect location and comfortable hotel

Liked: Breakfast was varied and tasty. The location was perfect. Only a couple minutes walk from the Central Station and easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable and perfect for a weekend break.
Disliked: The window in the room was very small but next time we will upgrade and book a room with a proper window.

Disliked: Despite hanging the "please make up room" on the door no cleaning was done. When I asked for help in the reception I was given towels only.

Wonderful location, very clean, and...

Liked: I really enjoyed my stay. The location is very central, we did everything by foot, which was very easily doable. The entrance/exit of the Arlanda Express train to and from the airport is directly opposite of the hotel. The room was very clean and everything is thought of. My room was equipped with earplugs, everything you need in the bathroom, and even sanitizing wipes to wipe off the surfaces. The staff at reception was helpful and the breakfast buffet offered numerous options (there were even vegan sausages and tofu scramble as well as a well stocked gluten-free section).
Disliked: The only thing I would urge the hotel management to add are felt furniture pads to the chairs so one doesn't hear neighbors moving their chairs in the middle of the night. Which barely happened and was really the only thing that was not 10/10.

Great for a long weekend.

Liked: The size of the rooms was great, the breakfast was yummy and the staff was great. They really tried to help when I had questions.
Disliked: The rooms are a bit noisy, you can hear noise from the other rooms and as our room was towards the court yard, it echoed up.

Swedish charm!

Liked: The breakfast was amazing, everything you could want was available. The receptionist was v v helpful and made recommendations for places to visit. Located across the road from the central station provided ease of access to the airport and other Swedish destinations
Disliked: Nothing

Exceptional

Liked: Thanks to syper friendly and helpful reception staff, you made my stay. Nice breakfast, there as well, good staff.
Disliked: All good.
