Very good

Liked: Location is excellent, it can be a bit disturbing as underground can be heard as we were at ground floor but we were so exhausted by the days activities that it didn't bothered us. Staff is very friendly and supportive. They let us to store our baggage on arrival/ leaving day. Beds were comfortable. Stores and cafes close. Good value for the money.

I would stay here again...

Liked: Great location. Friendly staff. Clean room.
Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable- it also seemed to be on a slant - not sure if it was the mattress or the floor. This was the only minor issue in an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Location was perfect and staff...

Liked: Location was perfect and staff very helpful. Room small but very clean. Bed very comfortable. I had a fantastic time in London. Thanks

Great value for money, would...

Liked: Five minute stroll from St Pancras and easy to find. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and the room/bathroom was clean and smelt pleasant.
Disliked: The room was small and a little tired/outdated and the bathroom needed a bit of an updates but it was clean which is the main thing.
