Superb

Liked: Central location, nice and helpfull staff, very very clean, nice shower and toilets. Also nice porch.
Disliked: Nothing really the walls are a bit thin but we didnt mind.

Liked: The room was very clean and cozy. The staff was always available for help, giving us useful tips and information about the city and also offered to clean the room every day. The position is very central and close to a metro station.

Overall good experience

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned daily.

Amazing location and great staff....

Liked: Everything went well.I received all details about my check-in way in advance and super detailed. The staff was amazing. Friendly and always with a smile.Great support all time.
Disliked: Maybe a bit noisy with the metro station nearby and when the trains were passing through, but we didn't care and we slept perfectly.

Will definitely go back

Liked: The place is absolutely fantastic, we loved it there. Both guys at the reception were great, communication was smooth and efficient, they had a surprise for my husband's birthday which was extremely sweet. The layout is very well thought of (with the fridge and the coffee making station as well as the lockers to leave your stuff before check in or after check out), it was quiet even though it's on a busy street (but the terrace door worked like a charm, and there were shutters). The bed was super comfy (the mattress was hard, have that in mind, but really comfortable) and there were two different pillows - a hard and a soft one. Everything was clean and we absolutely plan to go back.
Disliked: The bathroom could use some ventilation as it has no windows. The room is small but it's not like you spend a ton of time there anyway (and it didn't bother us at all).
