Cedars Resort is a good...

Liked: Location was good. Room was spacious. Beds were extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Coffee pot was empty when we were checking out. The front desk person was too busy getting the cleaning staff organized. Couldn’t get her attention and therefore we didn’t have any coffee for the drive.

Disliked: Leaking sink. Asked for repair multiple times. Was initially given two roomKeys in error. Returned one so they could resell that room. Then our room sink leaked everyday all over and repeatedly told them it was leaking. Instead of offering a credit, they said “we offered them a new room and they declined” which was a lie. They offered us to take one of the two room keys in which was their error BEFORE it was discovered their leaking orange water all over the floor everyday that we had to clean up and we just turned the valve off to the only sink to avoid water all over the floor

Liked: The beds were so comfortable. The location was amazing with so much around it. The staff was so friendly and accomodating.
Disliked: The maids forgot to clean our room when it was scheduled.

Great location, impressive views, relax...

Liked: Nice room, great views, you can hear Oak Creek burbling off of the balcony. Enjoyed the hot tub. Terrific location, walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
