Disliked: Be careful of parking we paid at machine in reception & got a fine! Disputed it & win but unnecessary stress

I couldn’t sleep due to...

Liked: Reception and the breakfast was decent
Disliked: The bed was very uncomfortable,the whole room was very dated, bathroom the same, carpet had a burn in it, way too expensive for the double room, all round poor

The issue with the room...

Liked: We had booked 2 rooms for 4 adults. But when we arrived only 1 room for 2 adults was allocated. And we had to book a further room.
Disliked: Clear the room booking issues
