Great hotel with quality staff

A very average experience. Expect...

Disliked: 1. We were attending a wedding at 1pm & would of liked one room available for a quick change.Our booking was for 3 rooms @ over £320.00We were told this could happen but a charge of £10 per hour would be applied.I've never even heard of this before.2. You have to pay for car parking even though you are a hotel guest. £8.00 per day.3. To many emails from the hotel constantly up selling services
