Comfortable rooms and great value...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean and had been updated to a good standard. It was nice and warm on a very cold day. The bed was very comfy, The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for surrounding towns and the M62.
Disliked: There is a small fee for overnight parking,

Liked: Since we stayed before, the hotel has been refurbished, and the rooms were very good, spartan, but new fresh and clean, some little details still missing, e.g. no toilet roll holder in the bathroom and nowhere lo place soap / shampoo on the shower.Good bed. Do provide "proper" toiletries not a bottle screwed to the wall.
Disliked: THE WORST THING IS THE HEADLINE RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE PARKING. An additional £4 to park your car. Not a lot, but for a hotel on a motorway junction how else does anyone get there?Service charge to get a drink yourself from the bar, optional, but I did ask for it to be taken off, and I am not sure it was.BE AWARE, that if you have mobility issues then this is not a very friendly hotel, LOTS of little sets of steps and very long corridors, make sure that the room you get suits your needs. We walked a LOT!
