Liked: That everyone was very friendly and tried to accommodate x The rooms were spotless and beds very comfortable x it was in a good location too x
Disliked: The only problem we had was my partner had snapped his Achilles heel and was in pot so was hard for him to get around but you did try to get us a room on the bottom floor but unfortunately all were taken x

Liked: Everything was good, staff were extremely helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was lovely as was the food.
Disliked: Room was a little cold in the morning

Liked: Excellent location. The room was clean and bright and the bed super comfy.
Disliked: The Barman working on the Saturday late afternoon shift was grumpy. Considering the bar was quiet he was very put out to serve us. All other staff were excellent!
