Brilliant stay, exceeded expectations, we'd...

Liked: Fabulous staff, super friendly, and an absolutely lovely hotel. It was a very nice surprise to be told we were today's VIP guests, treated to complimentary drinks on arrival and patisserie and a little card in our room. The room was comfortable and looked lovely. The hotel itself was big, spacious and felt modern and clean.
Disliked: Generally seemed really clean (bed linen etc) but the bathroom bin hadn't been emptied and the shower drain was slow running.

Liked: Nice big hotel with plenty of room even in a standard room. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was really good.
Disliked: Not enough milk for the hot drinks in the room.

1st visit to Bradford

Liked: The location was ideal for our trip.Plenty of parkingFriendly helpful staff, newly refurbished reception, relaxing bar area and restaurant. We had a comfy bed and the comfiest pillows we've ever slept on, perfect for a good night's sleep.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike, great choice of hotel for our 1 night stay.

Liked: Check in was easy, parking was easy, rooms were big and comfortable, food in the restaurant was lovely :-)
Disliked: There wasn't anything that didn't suit our group

Liked: On arrival the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Once we had got our keys to our room I checked the bedding , this was disgraceful there were pubic hairs underneath the first sheeting and stains on the mattress cover. The mattress covers looked to me like they had not been changed . I will take my hat off to the staff they upgraded us to a better larger room. This was ok .
