Our stay was comfortable and...

Liked: Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked.The decor was very nice and new.We were upgraded to a bigger and better room and given snacks and treats

Bad

Disliked: Paid for suite on arrival smell in rooms was bad. Found poo in the toilet, shower leaked everytime it was in use. On first night there was a function on loud music and band until 12am with no warning or email to let us know considering our patio window was lead straight out to the function. Tried calling reception for room service no answer after 4 times calling I went to main bar and had to order. I'm leaving a receptionist asked how our stay was we made him aware of the above information was told we was going to get £100 refund and still nothing. There was no wardrobe to hang our belongings up yet we paid nearly £300 for 2 night stay in the suite.

Liked: The room was well equipped and clean. The location although not our first choice was good and the staff were very friendly.
