Great hotel and location good...

Liked: Lovely hotel, staff are very helpful, especially the young lady on check in who changed our room for us when I realised I had booked a room with a shower over the bath. She even offered a free upgrade to a large walk in shower and brought the key up for us. That’s customer service at its best

Liked: Great Hotel awesome stuff very helpful help me and my mum upgraded rooms which was really really pretty appreciated free of charge and the whole place itself is a really good experience Hotel staff are really helpful the room he’s absolutely amazing
Disliked: Nothing the place is perfect second visit I’ll be booking for next year looking forward to going

Liked: Friendly staff, room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Food was plentiful & well cooked.
Disliked: Did not like fact that cash was not accepted. While there was provision to hang clothes, there was no furniture in the room that had drawers(!). Lamps on bedside tables did not work.
