Liked: I am satisfied with my stay. Weren’t (manager) Lenin went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Great hospitality and thoughtful service.

The service by the staff...
Liked: Did not have breakfast. The snacks and coffee at the place inside was mediocre and overpriced
Disliked: Coffee/tea + ice water the lobby for hotel guests. Since breakfast was not included, management could have offered fruits (banana, apples, oranges) in the lobby, in addition to coffee/tea. These are minimal things that we often get at a typical hotel.

Liked: Great location. Beautiful resort with lots to do. Comfortable rooms.
Disliked: Some rooms did not have enough storage in the bathroom. Too much noise from other rooms (no noise cancellation), outside & inside seating of restaurant had different menus but we were not told about this in advance.
