Disliked: Picnic meal provided in lieu of breakfast because we left early was not great. Bread for sandwich felt old and dry, certainly past is 'best by' date. On the other hand, the beakfasts in the hotel were very good.

Liked: Location was amazing. But for the cost, our room was not nice with no natural light. The breakfast was just okay for 20 euros. The rooftop was absolutely beautiful.
Disliked: Little things were frustrating: having to go down to the lobby to get a pool towel, not having the pool bar open, our key cards kept not working and then when one was reset the other stopped working. All of it was just a bit annoying when added together for an expensive hotel

Disliked: Delayed to 3:30 before allowed to get my room as housekeeping weren’t ready, but the staff gave me a drinks voucher and some chocolates as recompense.

Fabulous Hotel in a perfect...

Liked: Very warm welcome from Reception Staff. I had booked a twin & was given a double - this was sorted immediately & we were transferred to a lovely twin with walk in shower.Room size & facilities great for a city break,Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of hot & cold choice.Fabulous area to stay - just make sure you pick up a map or have google maps on your phone.We got a Taxi to and from the Airport which meant a door to door transfer which was fab & meant no waiting around.

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. It was fresh with plenty of options.
Disliked: Nothing. Although we asked for a single bed, we were given a room that had two singles. However this was because the staff (Amanda at the reception desk - who was great) allowed us to check in early. This was fantastic because we’d just arrived after flying in from Australia and we really appreciated her offer.
