Disliked: The hot water in the shower isn't adequate and varies depending on whether somebody else in the other rooms is using the shower at the same time or not. This resulted in an accident with our little one who suddenly got very hot water from the shower on her body. The staff wasn't helpful and didn't provide any medical cream (or get one) to cure the burned skin of the little one. Very poor experience!

Great Location

Liked: The location is so close to many of tourist attraction. The staff was friendly. Rooms were spacious and peaceful. Nothing major to complai about and I would definitely like to come back.
Disliked: couple of minor suggestions:1.Breakfast : I hope the breakfast options could be more inclusive. Currently, the meat selection only includes pork and beef, which may not align with certain religious or dietary preferences. Adding alternatives like chicken sausages would be a great improvement to accommodate more guests2. Check-in : When I completed the online pre-check-in, the system indicated that no separate check-in was required for my child—the option was even disabled. However, upon arrival, I was still asked to check in my child at the reception. This inconsistency caused confusion and inconvenience. It would be helpful to either clarify the process or ensure the system aligns with the actual check-in requirements to streamline the experience for families3. Room: Probably all rooms should have an electric kettle.
