Great location, awful bed

Liked: The hotel had an excellent location, although when arriving by car we had problems finding the entrance to the parking garage. Really clean room.
Disliked: The hotel bed was only 190cm long and we are both tall, my husband is almost 2 meters. So the bed was hopelessly too short and it was also very hard. The night was a nightmare. Our planned two-night stay, which had already been paid for, was only one night. We had to change hotels so that we could sleep. The hotel elevator could also be heard too loud to the room during night time. The hotel breakfast was also not to our taste.

We enjoyed the weekend in...

Liked: The location is great, in the city center and very close to the city town hall which is just behind the corner. Nordin, the receptionist, was really kind and helpful. They went extra mile to help us to get the broken airconditioning fixed. Also, the rest of the staff was always nice. Hotel was clean and we enjoyed the tasty breakfast, which offers great selection for everyone. You can book taxi transfer via hotel in advance which we really appreciated, because it was smooth and quick to get to the hotel after slightly delayed flight.
Disliked: As some of the reviewers already mentioned, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear the noise from other rooms and the hallway, so if you are light sleeper, the earplugs may help :) It would be nice to have a minifridge in the room, but we didn't really mind not having it.

Great hotel with everything you...

Liked: Loved the themed cinema room. Although the room and bathroom were small it was well kitted out. The towels had a new and soft feel, rituals toiletries were lovely, great shower. Massive big bed. Breakfast at €9.50pp was good value. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: No English channels on tv. Could do with more power sockets.

We had a pleasant and...

Liked: The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was very good, it didn't take us long to walk to where we wanted to be and the hotel is less than a 5 minutes walk from the metro station. The room was very clean. I would use this hotel again, but I would go for a larger room.
Disliked: The room was a little small for a twin bedroom, and it did get noisy late in the evening, the walls are quite thin.

Read this before booking

Liked: Location very central, good food at breakfast buffet, comfortable bed and pillow. Female reception staff (Valentina and Ihssane) are lovely and very professional, Valentina made sure I could change rooms. Thank you for that!
Disliked: The room was dusty when I arrived and there was one day when my room was not cleaned at all. The male receptionist was neither polite nor keen to do anything about this when I informed him. I think that bottled water should be provided for free at breakfast as the tapped water in Valencia does not taste very good. You should be aware that sound insulation does not exist in this hotel and that there were a few groups who's main purpose of coming to Valencia seemed to be going out. I would NOT recommend the Godfather room - a room that already lacks daylight was painted black with guns on the wallpaper. Who on earth could possibly think that's a good idea?
