Liked: Food 10 out of 10 Cocktails best i ever had lisa the lounge woman shud b a manger she had such good people skills and is really really nice
Disliked: 20 mins waiting for a pint We were staying one night then we said we will book another night while we are here we had to change rooms and wait for 2 hours for new room Very pricey to stay for one night i no it was easter weekend but they should do a deal for two nights Make sure u dont buy king crisps out of the vending machine 4 euro is nuts Hotel very very warm need more air

Liked: The lobby was comfortable, the lunch menu in the lounge bar was nice.
Disliked: Firstly the bedrooms were covered in mould - extremely dangerous. The manager of the lounge / bar - )Rob could be his name I will forward it separately as I would like to make a formal complaint) spoke down to us, proceeded to give out to the other member of staff infront of us paying a bill. Completely unprofessional, we own a very successful bar and I can assure you that in no way would I firstly have somebody employed that was just that ignorant and unprofessional but secondly treat paying customers (bare in mind our bill for lunch and drink was over €500 for 6 people) Lastly the pool was nice until we got in to see just how dirty the pool itself was.
