Good

Liked: Very convenient for a visit to The Potteries and Wedgewood museum. Thoughtful supply of breakfast food and drink.
Disliked: Sadly no hot water in taps, unintentional I'm sure (but plentiful hot shower). WiFi not functioning.

Excellent location and overall experience.

Liked: Arrived late. Prompt answer at the door when rang at 7pm. Also a code for the keylock had already been sent via email. So no problems. Excellent in all areas and could not ask for more. Close to all amentities and on a pretty road. Seating outside which I used to watch the world go by and chat with other guests until dark.
Disliked: Nothing

Quite pleasant and the breakfast...

Liked: Staff were quite accommodating and friendly.
Disliked: Room was a bit pokey and there was a strange "welcome box", containing a satsuma, a single herbal teabag, a biscuit and a few other bits and bobs. Hardly seemed worth the effort.

Liked: warm greeting from host. Everything you could want is in the room .

Lovely guest house and pleasant...

Liked: The location was excellent for those doing the Hadrian’s Wall Walk in particular cause it is close the parh. But it is in a nice part of town regardless. The hostess was very nice, and accommodating and wanted to make sure the guests were happy. Breakfasts were excellent and served elegantly in a lovely dining room with period details. My room was quiet and clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend.
