Perfect getaway
Liked: Great overnight getaway from approx. 2 hour drive away for golf, hiking and relaxation. Mineral pool / cold plunge is clean and well-maintained.
Disliked: Paper thin walls between rooms and very noisy a/c - heat unit. Would prefer pool hours to be 8am-10pm.

The soak and wrap is...
Liked: The employees that work in the bath house are kind and you can tell she liked her job, short blond haired gal was amazing, I wish I would’ve caught her name. Another gentleman who cleaned out the hot tubs on the 3rd floor was also helpful and kind, he gave me a bigger bag to put ice in to fill my cooler and answered all my questions about the cleaning process of the hot tubs after each reservation! I think his name was James… these two employees were the highlight of my staff encounters of my stay.
Disliked: There was one lady who works the front desk who should not be the first person you interact with. She was quite rude at check out and when I asked her if we could purchase two soaks with our offed 10% discount to use the day after our stay I got a snarky no, and she continued to proceed talking with other employees when helping me, I still needed a receipt which was an inconvenience to her as well. I came back on Monday to do a soak and a wrap because we wanted to do that on our way home, she had her back to customers in line and was having a conversation with two other employees and let her teammate take care of me and when it was time for my soak ticket she came over and was snarky and rude when handing my ticket to me, they I witnessed her being snarky and rude to the lady she was checking in. For two separate days and two bad interactions with one person at the front desk, she should get some training on how to treat people who are spending money at a business, or not work in customers at all. The other two Ladies who each worked with her on the two separate days, have great customer service compared to the other lady… I wish I could have seen a name tag on her.

I won't be coming here...
Liked: I liked the location. Everything else was awful.
Disliked: I was going through a very rough and personal loss. The room was not clean, no microwave to heat warming pad. The hot tub smelled of mildew. The restaurant was not open so had to drive into town for food and only things available was junk.
