Liked: Staff was amazing. Super friendly and attentive. We had a problem with the TV late at night, and the attendant came up within 5 minutes to fix the problem. They also let us check in a little early so we could park our car in the lot.The absolute best part though was the location. Right across the street from the beach.
Disliked: Unfortunately, there's a list of bad things.-Weird smell in the room and bathroom. Smelled like a combo of cleaner and beach water.-Bathroom fixtures were in bad shape. Shower heads loose, handles just hanging there.-Water pressure was very low, like a trickle. Took forever to shower-No slippers provided and the floors weren't the cleanest-AC unit was LOUD and would not stay on consistently-TV was not smart, only was able to show a few cable stations

Liked: Location, location, location! Incredible price, friendly staff, and clean too. Can’t say anything but good stuff about Carousel

We will be back for...

Liked: The location was excellent, and the staff was so kind! I really enjoyed the breakfast and options there. When we come back to SC we will definitely be staying here again; it's perfect for families with littles.
Disliked: The rooms could have been a little cleaner; there was hair on the bathroom floor and stains on the teal throw blanket but other than that, things were totally fine!

Fantastic location, wonderful staff and...

Liked: The location was fantastic, we didn’t have to drive anywhere the whole time so it was very convenient. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great.
Disliked: The only small issue was the AC didn’t work super great so it was a little warm. Opening the sliding glass door at night made the temperature cooler and fixed the issue.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was amazing! Really made the entire trip for us by being sweet and friendly with our family. The location was incredibly convenient with the boardwalk entrance about 50 feet from the hotel.
Disliked: The property is clearly on the older side and is starting to show signs of wear and tear. The mirror in the bathroom was rusted at the bottom, and there were areas where the paint was poorly touched up.
