Friendly staff, great location, BUT...

Liked: The location is spot on…free parking was excellent, especially the opportunity to park in their lot for an extra two hours after check out time. The free breakfast was minimal but got the job done. Enjoyed having a patio.
Disliked: The level of cleanliness was disappointing. First thing I noticed was the several small bugs on the walls (kind of like baby moths). There were strands of long hair in the sheets (not sure they were laundered to be honest). The bathroom sink had residue of whatever was washed or brushed off someone’s teeth. The toilet had, only what I could assume, a poop mark in the bottom of the bowl. And the microwave had grease and crumbs all over it. Although the rooms are non-smoking, the people next door smoked a lot of marijuana and the smell permeated our room for hours. We couldn’t open the patio for fresh air because it smelled stronger. Opportunity to switch rooms was at an additional charge :/

Liked: I liked everything. The location was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had a great breakfast in the morning. Our room was super clean especially with a beach right by there. I will be back next year
