short and convenient

Liked: very close to the station for our early departure on eurostar staff were really friendly
Disliked: a bit dark and dingy could do with more lights the lift had broken in the morning so we had to lug a really heavy suitcase and 2 huge bags down the stairs

Disliked: Noise inside the hotel by other tenants, extra small room with a bed that barely fits me as I am tall.

Liked: Overall I really happy with my stay. The staff were friendly and informative. The location was perfect for me and all the food option were on my door step.

Liked: Being within walking distance of Kings Cross Station meant we didn't need to use a taxi, we just wheeled our luggage after alighting from the Dover train and in less than 5 minutes (with a green traffic signal) we were at the Carlton entrance.
Disliked: There was no way to open the double-hung window, which meant ventilation during the warm nights was non-existent.
