Great location.

Liked: Staff friendly and helpful, manager provided information very clearly.Excellent location.Hotel was fine for what I needed.

We would definitely go again...

Liked: Excellent location to St Pancras and Kings Cross stationsThe bed was really comfy but the room was very hot and noisy because we had the windows open all night - not their fault as it was a heatwave !! There was everything for an overnight stay - fridge, clean bathroom and toilet.
Disliked: Very trivial but could have done with a non slip mat in the bath !!

Liked: room was on the top floor with slanted ceiling - it was so hot as though I was sitting in an oven. Fan was ineffective. The water in the shower was so slow and no bodywash or even hand soap was provided.Location is amazing.

Basic, not great but close...

Liked: Location was central to St Pancras train station. The room was clean.
Disliked: The room was very small and poor furniture. The weather was very hot and there was no air con, only a fan. I could not keep the window open as it was the first floor and quite a few characters in the area-in the street outside- so did not feel very safe there. There were no cups with the kettle and when spoke to staff, had no response.

Liked: They moved my room to a quieter location
Disliked: Our room was on the side of the hotel that is on a Main Street and the room was hot and there was no air conditioning so we had to leave the window open. It was incredibly loud.
