Disliked: Gave personal information out to a random person

Very good

Liked: The location was great, right next to the railway station and close to restaurants, bars, shops etc. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Also there was a fan, a heater, an ironing board and iron in the room. Overall happy with the accommodation.
Disliked: The shower was over the bath which is fine but it could have done with a handle fitting to help when climbing in and out as the sides of the bath were quite high. The only other thing was the prices in the bar were quite expensive, i expected the prices to be higher, as they usually are in hotels but these were particularly high 🤔

Clean but hassle to find...

Liked: Clean and pleasant staff
Disliked: No food available apart from breakfast which isn’t much use after travelling,has to go out and look for somewhere to eat,parking was a bit of a nightmare,paid £12.50 when parked then attempted to charge me £18 to leave the car park next day..!

Great stay

Liked: Location to station perfect. Breakfast really good. Left our luggage there until room was ready and when we had a wander round Carlisle
