Caring Hotel

Great hotel but check location...

Liked: Location was great.Hotel was very cleanBed comfyStaff friendly Shower hot (though very tiny space)
Disliked: I had room 8.Very very small.And it was near the front door and overlooking the street at ground level so it was noisy.The blind did not fall the full length of the window so the street light kept me awake.I had a kettle but no coffee or tea etc.My son had room 10 and had a far better experience as it was bigger, up a level and at the back with a proper bathroom It was a Friday night booking which meant we paid double so.it was not good value

Lovely place and location and...

Liked: Lovely location with lovey shops and sights close by
Disliked: Room was really small and very little room to move, and storage could have been improved with walk hooks or walk shelves

Liked: The location was perfect. Clean room, freandly staff. All my requests were taken into account, which I really appreciate.
Disliked: The room was a little bit small, but it was enough space for two.

Liked: Receptionist was welcomingVery quiet no outside noise from street or in-house noiseHotel was very clean, nice decor and basicRoom itself was clean although very compact.Fan in the roomBreakfast lady was nice and the dining room was well kept and cleanClose to shops , local pub , restaurants and takeaways. And 2 tube stations in walking distance
Disliked: Pillows were lumpyMattress was uncomfortable and could feel the springs, I've slept on better. Bathroom had a damp unpleasant odourI had to hold the button to boil the kettle!!Breakfast was plastic cheese & ham and the tiniest pastries not worth a tenner...I didn't bother with the breakfast. We were only there for 2 nights for gigs and sight seeing in the area, so we were back late and out early. It accommodated what we needed it for ...the location and cheaper for the area but as you use a hotel room to sleep in , the bed and pillows are quite important part of the room.
