Liked: The location is nice. Close to metro and park. Beds and linen confortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was really poor, the exactly same thing everyday. Rooms really small. Bathroom - the smallest i’ve ever seen. They charge 10 £ for each luggage stored after checkout. Regardless of dimension. We had 2 small backpacks and had to pay 20£, as our flight was in the evening. Did not appreciate that.

Liked: Location, room, cleanliness, staff.
Disliked: Bathroom extraction fan was not working. During the shower steam is creating and can activate fire alarm. It's not handy to keep window open in the winter.Breakfast was served with knife and two spoons. No fork. Don't know why you need to ask for the fork on continental breakfast. Chese, salami, apricots.Bed with wheels. Laying down and I'm looking to the other side of the world. When you're watching TV you're sliding down with the bed. Better solution would be regular legs.

Liked: The location was great.
Disliked: The bathroom was extremely small, which was disappointing. The room itself was also very small. While the environment was mostly quiet, you could occasionally hear neighbors’ footsteps. Breakfast could be improved — there were no vegetables at all.

Great!

Liked: This is a good place, worth it price 100%. Excellent personnel, kind and nice. I would like to say thanks to Viliya, she was so kind with us, helped us with stuff we were required for. The location is great. In first district, near the Queensway station of central line. Nice park nearside. Paddington station in a few minutes walking.
