Very good

Liked: Inside of the motel was cozy and pretty straightforward, there is an assortment of dishes and other things to use which came in handy, ac/heater pretty easy to use
Disliked: No front desk/anybody on site to help with any questions or checking in. The outside of the building just looks a little sketchy but the inside is super nice. There is a train that comes by every once in a while day and night, nothing that can be done about that though.

Cute remote spot

Liked: Nice clean rooms and fully working amenities! We had a problem with the TV once (user error, no fault of the inn) and they were super helpful. Great hidden gem. The rooms were also pretty soundproof. We heard a family loading their stuff in from the parking lot while we were there, but as soon as they were in their room we couldn't hear a thing.
Disliked: The location can be a bit off-putting. Prepare to go out of town for necessities, or shop beforehand.

Liked: It was cozy and clean.
Disliked: The A/C in unit #4 leaked water all over our belongings. I put the ice tray below it after we found out that it was leaking.

Annoying

Liked: The train that goes by very often is awful. I know you can't do anything about that but it was hard to sleep through the night without getting woken up by the train ever hour or so.
Disliked: I didn't like that the train woke me up throughout the night with it's horn.

Liked: I loved that it had the kitchen and full-size fridge.
Disliked: It was dirty, the floor was dirty and the shower curtain. So was the door in the bathroom.
