Caravelle Inn & Suites

The bathroom was very clean and the beds were perfect.

Liked: The staff was helpful about accessing the trolley and giving highway directions. The morning breakfast was more than sufficient and easy to access.
Disliked: Only one thing - the stairs to my room need repair. It probably wasn't dangerous but one of them wobbled so one didn't feel totally secure climbing up and down.

Liked: Accommodated room selection. Homeless problem staff deals with successfully.
Disliked: No hot water no ice machine all vending machines broken but still on property. No heat or air conditioning in rooms. Excuse is the place is cheap so it’s okay

Great location, but very poor...

Liked: The location was convenient for my work trip.
Disliked: At checkout, I asked for a receipt for my deposit and was told I couldn’t be given one. I was traveling for work and needed proper documentation. The front desk staff was rude and unprofessional, raising their voice instead of helping. It was a very stressful experience after a long trip. I believe staff should be trained to communicate clearly and respectfully, especially when handling guest concerns. I even have a video showing how I was treated.
