I think the sanitation of...

Liked: I enjoyed the free WiFi and the size of the room
Disliked: The room was not clean as it smelled so badly and it didn’t look good at all. Noise from the train just behind the house. The staff was unfriendly and I felt uncomfortable with his service.

Luckily I was only there...

Liked: When I arrived in the late afternoon, the curtains were open (which was fine), with the sun beaming in. The AC was off and the room was extremely hot. It never cooled off after turning the AC on.
Disliked: I had to sleep at the foot of the bed to even feel any remnant of the air conditioning. The carpet felt very sticky and dirty.
