Liked: The staff at Capitol hotel were amazing, contacted us before our arrival and helped us arrange dinner reservations. The rooms were small but clean and had everything we needed. Very comfortable. The location was perfect right downtown for Capitola. Will definitely be returning.

Comfortable and Relaxing!

Liked: The location is the best! The lobby is very welcoming .The rooms are clean. Wonderful front desk staff!The Continental Breakfast is the perfect way to start the day!
Disliked: The bed pillows. Need new softer ones.

Typical bedroom with a very...

Liked: The only thing that we liked was.It was close to shops and the beach.
Disliked: The room was very, very small.The shower had was terrible, there was no heater. Had a t v and a bed, and that was about it. It definitely was not anything special. It wasn't horrible but for the price.There was nothing that was special.
