Very pricey for mediocre accommodations.

Liked: Beach location was GREAT! Sewage smell from street construction was horrible!!!! Very concerned manager worked diligently to rectify the issue. A/C in unit was extremely noisy….. could not sleep. Proximity to Shadowbrook restaurant was awesome.
Disliked: Location!! Staff!!

Close to everything we wanted...

Liked: No ocean view from our room, though I asked for one. The room was stuffy, with too much noise with the window open. Loved the coffee. And the upstairs balcony area.

Disliked: There was no view and I was told they only rent this room to those who book through booking.com
