Overall, it was a great...

Liked: We loved the proximity to Capitola Village. Everything is within walking distance.
Disliked: The lack of parking. They have 10 suites with only 7 parking spaces. We had to park up the road a bit. Made it lots of fun on check out day, dragging luggage and stuff up to the car.

Will be back

Liked: Location in the village, kitchenette in the room. Be aware that some rooms the parking is on street with a permit provided by manager
Disliked: Noisy street traffic during the weekdaysKey cards deactivate easily or the reader on the door is defective. Quite a problem when manager is off site after 6pm

Lovely room, right in town!

Liked: The location was amazing, super close to beach and town. The room was a decent size and had all facilities needed. Bed was comfortable. View from terrace was amazing! Staff were lovely.
Disliked: Our room was permit parking only (no onsite parking available), which was advised when booking. However the street parking was quite far from the property and depending on time of day can be hard to find a park. However, can drop off luggage at reception, so didn’t need to cart it all down from parking spot which made it a bit easier.

Liked: Location is superb to walk anywhere . And if you need something target is like 10 minutes away . Check and check out was perfect . Very comfortable and spacious . Full kitchen if you want to cook inside . You can walk across the bridge to access the beach since the wharf area is getting fixed . Has a terrace to enjoy a drink with a fireplace ( we didn’t use the fireplace )
Disliked: The wifi was weak so we couldn’t really use .The directions where to park weren’t 100 percent clear but we managed and didn’t get towed . This is probably just the inconvenience of the work being done to the wharf . The unit we got was street side and there is walking traffic you can hear because of the window .
