Liked: 3rd time staying. Warm and comfortable. We love the location as it's right on the coast path and the food in the restaurant is always great.Staff were friendly and helpful as always.Live music and Beer festival was a nice surprise
Disliked: We were in a different room to our past 2 stays which was not as nice as others in the hotel and a little dated. Nothing a new carpet and some paint couldn't fix though.EV charger didn't work which was annoying.No continental breakfast available Saturday or Sunday due to being "Busy" and "All out". The lady serving did offer my wife fresh fruit one day which was really nice of her but not having a continental option for 2 mornings was disappointing, don't mind fry up for one but not every morning.

Liked: This hotel is in an incredible location and is very convenient for the coastal path.
Disliked: This hotel caters to a lot of people walking the coastal trail, often arriving in wet clothing. In our room, there was no place to hang wet jackets when first coming in the door; there was a wardrobe, but you wouldn't want to put dripping jackets in there. There was no place to sit down to put shoes/hiking boots on by the door, even though there was ample room for a little bench or chair. The bathroom sink was completely inadequate, as it was the "basin sits on top of a wooden stand" variety. Water splashed everywhere. There was no place to put a dopp kit except on the window ledge. The tiles behind the sink were tiny pieces of slate, which are impossible to clean, which is why there was soap and toothpaste scum all over them. There were no hooks above the toilet/next to the sink for hand towels, which meant that you had to cross the room to the hooks on the back of the door, dripping water for 1 1/2 meters. The room had a sofa pressed against one wall, thus making it nearly impossible to get out of bed on that side. A couple of comfy chairs would be much more appropriate. The fridge was on a tenuous table. The skylight blind was broken and torn. The ceiling light cast no discernable light whatsoever. The whole set up in the room was very impractical and seemed to be relying on its "quaint charm" to carry it.

Liked: Amazing view and location, cozy room and big bathroom. Kind and available staff, very good breakfast.The swimming pool and jacuzzi is a plus, we enjoyed it.
Disliked: The room was quite small, but for a couple of nights was correct
