Double charged for my stay...

Disliked: I had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel. They double charged my card without any prior warning or explanation, and when I contacted them to resolve the issue, they had the audacity to tell me it was a “computer glitch” and that “glitches happen.” As if that wasn’t bad enough, I ended up suffering significant foreign exchange loss because of their mistake. The amount for my stay plus the deposits of 250 worked up close to USD 1k. Imagine they doubled charged. They offered no compensation and they had the nerve to tell me all they could do was reverse the charge — which is useless since the damage had already been done! I was left with no recourse and no accountability from their side. The complete lack of responsibility or effort to make things right is beyond frustrating. They just shrugged it off as if it were nothing, offering nothing but a half-hearted “SORRY.” This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and I will never stay here again. Avoid this place at all costs!

Liked: The staff were very kind & helpful.The beds were nice.The kitchenette was a great convenience.
Disliked: The beds were nice, but not the pillows.There was hair in the shower drain.The loction made me uneasy & we paid $50 for a delivered pizza.The absolute worst, though, was a shocking $250 deduction from my checking account for "incidentals." My checking account will be short that amount for up to 7 days?
