Sweat all night long, the a/c cuts off unless you move !

Liked: There was no breakfast at this location, even though when I booked it thru booking.com, they said there was a breakfast!
Disliked: When I booked my room at booking.com I asked for a room with a king size bed, just to be told when i checked in I was given a queen, and could not be upgraded to a king because booking.com said I wanted a queen, I learned a lesson not to book thru booking.com

Good

Liked: The room was clean, and I really appreciated how the kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, pans, toaster, anything I'd need to cook. I have been to some hotels that don't have anything in the kitchenette and it makes my life harder! Our room was lovely, and the staff was very kind. This hotel, while next to the highway (which can sometimes be noisy), wasn't near the hustle and bustle of college night life, so our stay was peaceful.
Disliked: Through a small error, the hotel did not get my phone number from booking.com, so they were not able to call me ahead of time and let me know that the elevator was out of order. My room was on the 4th floor. This was a bummer, but I typically take the stairs whenever I can, so this was not an issue for me - just a funny incident.

Disappointing

Liked: Sweet staff.
Disliked: Elevator was broken and we were on the 3rd floor. Very inconvenient. No phone call was made about it being broken so we couldve booked somewhere else. A discount wouldve been nice.
