Great experience at hotel.

Liked: Friendly & efficient front desk staff & shuttle driver
Disliked: Was told prior to arrival that 24 hour airport shuttle was available - asked to schedule a 4:45 a.m. shuttle at check in & was told shuttle only operated from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm/had to arrange/pay for an Uber shuttle in the end. Please be transparent on actual shuttle services.

Liked: Location was good, staff was helpful, good price, comfortable bed, kitchenette very functional. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: The walls are thin - we could hear voices, TV, a squeaky toy, and a yapping dog. Big cockroach in the hall. Bathroom fixtures are very worn.

Disliked: This probably will be the last time I use booking.com I missed that this reservation was not changeable or cancellable. Everyone else I use has this option. I was not able to use this hotel so it cost me the 150 plus dollars that I could have rescheduled with other travel facilities.
