Liked: NOT ONE SINGLE THING.
Disliked: YES....BUT SEE NOTES FROM REFERENCE NUMBER ----FROM HOLIDAY INN. I WILL BE CALLING TODAY FOR AN ANSWER FROM YOU. JIST IS THAT I WAS DENIED BY THE HOTELL BECAUSE I AM FROM ROANOKE (DON'T LIVE THERE NOW) BUT IT IS THEIR DISCRIMANATING POLICY!

Liked: The bar was nice, the room was clean and cozy. Just didn't like where the room was positioned to where I look out the window and see only pipes.
Disliked: The 100 dollar deposit just for 1 night was ridiculous. Most I been charged was 25 dollars or sometimes nothing at all.

Liked: Great location and room size was nice.
Disliked: The restaurant did not have adequate food supply. The only things available were cheeseburgers and french fries. I think this was very bad planning to not have food available for a hotel guests at approximately 8:30 PM.

Liked: Staff was accommodating
Disliked: Room was not fully cleaned: greasy counters and dirty towels. Buffet not included in price. Extra $13.95 for a greasy mess. Supposed to stop serving at 9 and at 8:35 it was empty. No yogurt, no eggs, hash browns were cold...grease congealed.

Disliked: The room keys were too easily deactivated or demagnetized constantly had to get more room keys made

We were first-time guests who had almost everything be a hassle or of poor quality.

Liked: Staff were very friendly at the front desk and sincerely apologetic about the many problems we encountered. Nonetheless, there was NOT good communication between different shifts or days, because the follow-up promised did not happen.
Disliked: Multiple operational systems. We did not find anything about the hotel or our room relaxaing or even at moderate normal conditions.
