Disliked: The wooden panel below where the kitchen sink is wasn't attached to the cabinetry and the plug in the shower didn't work properly. Once I knew those things, they weren't a problem. Evidently, the last people who stayed in the room didn't bother to fill out this survey.

Disliked: If I could rate 0 I would. Staff were rude. I was double charged $600 to start off my vacation upon check in, when I was concerned about it and tried to ask I was pushed a piece of paper across the bar and told “call your bank” as she continued to talk to another customer. There were dirty dishes in cabinets and drawers, the room smelled of cigarettes (in a completely “non smoking” facility I might add) floors were so dirty and obviously hadn’t been vacuumed in so long that an ear ring lodged in the carpet stabbed into my foot, used bandaids were left in the floor, no body wash or shampoo was in the bathroom 0/10 experience

Liked: Both staff members we met were very friendly and professional. Hotel was in a safe spot and looks very nice on the outside. Hallways were clean and smelled good. The beds and pillows were actually very comfy. The room was pretty quiet as well. We did turn the A/C off at one point and we could hear some faint talking but that's kinda expected.
Disliked: Hotel is definitely dated. You can tell the moment you walked in just by looking at the set up of the front office. It appeared the room was vacuumed and main surfaces wiped, but other areas were lacking. The kitchen cabinets had spills all down the front and sides. The chair looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a long time. The bathroom still had used feminine products in the trash and those cabinets also looked like they had not been wiped down in a long time. The bathroom tile had a weird white residue over parts of them. The side tables were rusty. The shower looked like it hadn't been scrubbed down in a long time. The "blackout curtains" were see-through, and the air conditioning kept blowing them open.... for $150 for 1 night, I guess I just expected a little more cleanliness. I would stay here again if we waited until the last minute to book a hotel for an event (like we did this time), but there are nicer hotels at very similar price points in brentwood. Most importantly we felt safe and bed was comfy so we were satisfied.

Liked: Did not have breakfast plane left too early.Staff could not have been more helpful. There was a mix up in rooms and they went above and beyond to fix it.Bed was so comfortable.
Disliked: The plane didn't need to leave so early. LOL
