Liked: Clean and well organized
Disliked: The new mattresses they were touting were a bit too soft. Worse, they seem to be using some perfume in the lobby and hallways which is pretty gross. It is similar to the cheap, but potently perfumed, bathroom products they provide. I can’t even use the soap to wash my hands since the residual scent makes me nauseous. I stay here every time I come to visit my family, but I’m not sure I can tolerate the perfume.

Decent place.

Liked: Orlando is the life blood of this place. If it was not for him I think the hotel would fall apart.
Disliked: Some of the other staff. Multiple times said they would do something. Never got done. Orlando would come in the morning, ask him, and it was done within the hour.

Disliked: At check in, received keys that did not work. Returned to desk, received keys that did work, found it was the wrong room. Returned to desk, received new keys, desk staff argued I could not get my bags out of the incorrect room. Grass areas covered in dog poop, accosted by transients in parking lot and at side door to outside.
