Nonsense

Liked: The lady at front desk was super nice.
Disliked: We had an awful encounter as soon as we hit the room. The room was occupied and people’s belonging was all over the room. Thankfully there wasn’t anyone in the room when we walked in. This was very dangerous and unacceptable.
