Disliked: Rooms were dirty, inside air unit dirty. Tv remotes missing and tv not plugged in or set up to tv . Could really use a deep cleaning in rooms. Sink had hairs in it and dirt of unknown substance. Headboard was splattered with something. I washed it down. I cleaned the back of the bathroom door and was caked with dirt and grime

Liked: Housekeeping manager knew that the first room issued to me was not the greatest. She offered me a different room. I thank God for that perception she had towards me. I traveled with pets, plenty of grass options for walking. Near Hershey Park.
Disliked: The front of the building looks nothing like the photo. So run down on the outside. I was informed that the pool was closed right after my booking. What would have been more accurate was that there is renovations in progress. There are long term residents on the property. I saw things in the windows when I first pulled on to the property that set off an alarm. I know we are living in a time when people need help. Management needs to decide if this property is going to be a tourist class or subsidize housing unit. The renovations seem to be sub par. The two rooms that I occupied were half done. They need a new contractor or a total gutting of the rooms. Needless to say I did not stay overnight, left a few hours after check in.
