THe staff was very nice...

Liked: How kind the staff was. They were vey nice when I had to wait for my room to be ready. It wasn't ready when I had initially schedule. They made sure to allow us some complimentary snacks while we waited which was very thoughtful
Disliked: There was a roach in my bathroom when I came. I was also not given discount for this issue or any type of compensation for this. I do not stay at a hotel and expect to see a roach.

Liked: The hotel was clean and smelled good.
Disliked: I didn't never get my deposit back like I was promised. That's what I didn't like. He said he needed to hold a $50 deposit and I will get it back upon checkout. I never got the deposit back. So I waited five days and no deposit whatsoever

Liked: The property itself looked nice from first sight but when I first arrived, the room didn’t have a tv in the bedroom. I was moved to a new room that had a noisy toilet and funny smell. They found a tv and was I moved back to the original room, which ended up having bugs.
Disliked: There were bugs in every room. No one came to clean the room or take the trash out. It was very uncomfortable knowing I may have brought a bug home.

Liked: Everything! The guy that helped us, I didn't get his name, he had glasses and was a black male, he was just awesome and his customer service is top tier. I went in Friday. I can't believe I didn't get his name! Thank you for making everything run smooth and easy and I've stayed in many hotels and NEVER received a call to my room asking if I was happy with it. Made me feel like a celebrity 😊 definitely when I go back to visit, i will make my reservation here again. Thank you!!
