Liked: That after approx 45 issues with checking was addressed. After 3 visits to another Wrfloor by staff that issue resolved.After waiting 12 hours the plumbing was resolved

Liked: Upon a rabbit in the room, it was a dirty wash rack on top of the sink. Sheets was clean bed was made.

Unsafe, Disgusting, Unhealthy

Liked: Claims to be hypoallergenic, but the entire building stinks of the ghost of smokers past, present and future. They have roach bait set up in the rooms, yet claim they're pet friendly. Be aware of that if you stay here because pets can get into those traps and get sick. They don't warn you about it either. In fact, the staff does below the bare minimum. Nobody is around when you need someone, or they're too busy being on their phones to want to help. So unprofessional. The stench, the bugs, the towels and linens were ALL stained with something really nasty. Also they pretty much place you in whatever room, so booking in advance is kinda pointless. You don't know what you're going to get,so I guess that's an adventure in itself. The best thing about this room, was the in room roaches that entertained my cat.

Disliked: Got all the way there and they cancelled my reservation it was 2145 when I arrived there where no rooms available anywhere else. Valentine's weekend and I was blowed, always stayed there but how can you cancel and not inform me traveled almost 2 hours then has to find a room. Don't get me wrong I love the hotel stay there ALot but this experience blew me the last time!!!
