It was the worst experience...

Liked: They didn't offer breakfast. The location was difficult to get out of into the main road. We didn't like anything from this hotel or stay.
Disliked: Everything from the check-in process to switching rooms twice and then having to pay an extra $25 fee at the check in. I had spent all of my money renting the room in the first place and then the manager tells me at the check-in desk that I had to pay an extra $25 refundable fee ( credit card only ) all I had was cash and if I didn't pay it then I had to request a refund for the whole night and be left with no where to go with no money. It was such an inconvenience for me to have to run to the store and pay an extra $4 fee to have the money loaded onto my debit card and then go back to finishing checking on. The first room I had was filthy. It had other people's belongings still in the room, the refrigerator had dried up milk in it. The sink had food crumbs in it and the mirror had fingerprint smudges all over it and there wasn't a skillet to cook in from the kitchen. We immediately got a second room and it was also missing a skillet from the kitchen and the stove top didn't turn on because the knob on the wall that turns on the stove was broken so we had to have someone come up and replace the knob for the stove in the middle of preparing for dinner. The carpet wasn't vacuumed and just was really unkempt. I paid alot of money for this one important night that I had planned in town and spent most of the night with nothing but trouble and it was a waste of $160. I would like a refund or a credit of some sort.

Disliked: Floor was cracked in room 104

The hotel was absolutely gross....

Liked: The hotel room smelled like dog poop. Then you can tell that pets were there which lets me know the hotel room was not properly cleaned. It was completely disgusting!
Disliked: The smell of animals. It smelled like pets through out!

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was excellent no issues at all. Rooms are very clean.

Bad

Disliked: I killed a roach in the bath tub and I have 2 pictures in my phone. I DID NOT STAY!!!!!!

Could have been better.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The light in the bathroom could not be turned off and neither could the water in the tub. The remote to the TV didn't work. The light over the table didn't work either. Customer servive wasn't great either. The young lady who checked me in was great. All others need training.
