Terrible Customer Service

Liked: Never got to stay
Disliked: I went to the facility and they could not find my reservation. So I had to leave and was still charged for the reservation. I even called to discuss the issue. I was told I reserved the incorrect date which could have been changed my their associate. But they said he is new and I got charged 100 for nothing.
