Disliked: The toilet was broken. The room kind of smelled. Definitely wasn't cleaned properly before use, hair on the floor, lotion on the counter. Definitely been in better hotels.

Liked: The staff. All of the staff were extremely nice and very helpful.
Disliked: The smell in the room was horrible! It made me want to puke. The bed had a divot in it that was so bad I could t even sleep in it. I had to go crawl in the other bed with my kid. The bathroom door was extremely hard to shut and the handle to that door was close to be broken. I would t let my kid close the door all the way because I was worried they would get stuck in there. It was not very clean. Bathroom cup had prints and goop on it. With it being a suite there was very minimal silverware (like only 1 spoon even though it’s a 4 person room). Lamp by the beds would not turn on. I mean the list just keeps going. The staff was very nice and switched us rooms after our first night. The second room was a little better but I would NEVER stay at that hotel again. I would rather sleep in my car. That is how bad it was.
