Liked: Staff was nice. Location is great.
Disliked: The room was a disappointment! Rundown! The shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser was broken and that is very unsanitary!

The Candlewood Suites Cheyenne will...

Liked: We arrived during a Blizzard East of Cheyenne.Brandi at the reception was exceptional. Friendly, courteous, helpful with a fantastic sense of humor.She made us feel welcome and lightened the mood.
Disliked: Beds were a bit on the soft side.

Very Comfortable and Roomy!

Liked: The room had a dishwasher, stove, pots and pans, microwave, refrigerator, utensils. Very comfortable and separate bedroom, free washer and dryer and fitness room in facility. My first time at this brand hotel and loved it!
Disliked: Everything was perfect!
