Not as expected

Liked: Bedroom bed was comfortable. Kitchen was nice and we would have utilized it if we had stayed longer.
Disliked: Room had an odd odor upon entering. Couch bed was not comfortable. Hotel staff was rude the morning we were leaving. We left for our child's competition and returned at 11am. Check-out was at noon. Housekeeping and front desk staff both came to the door telling us we had to leave as they had assumed we had checked out and cleaned the room. Despite telling them we had not checked out, they told us we had to leave and were quite rude.

Liked: We liked having the kitchen and would have utilized that if we had stayed longer. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable.
Disliked: The couch bed was not comfortable at all. The room had an odd smell when we first walked in. Some of the staff were unprofessional and rude. Check-out time is noon. We left that morning for an event for our child and planned on returning to the room so we didn't turn in our keys or inform the front desk we were checking out. When we returned at 11am, the room had already been cleaned. Minutes after returning, someone from housekeeping knocked on the door and informed us they had already cleaned the room. Shortly after they left, someone from the front desk called the room then came to our door and informed us that they had already cleaned because we were checked out. We told them we had not checked out and they told us they had checked us out when we left that morning and housekeeping had come in so we needed to leave. It was still within our rental time and our keys still worked to get back into the room and when we pointed that out, we were told that we still had to leave the room. It was incredibly rude.
