Liked: I have never rented a hotel before, but I needed a place to stay for the night. The Best Value Inn at Richmond Hill was in the right price bracket for me.It may not have been the fanciest hotel, but the service was good. They were accommodating, the bed was made, and the towels were nicely folded.I was nervous about renting a hotel room at first.I thank the staff and management for making my first hotel rental a pleasant and calming experience.
