Liked: Clean, modern hotel. The location is no good, no walkability, it’s on the edge of town and there is an industrial park between the hotel and town.

Liked: Booked this hotel with my two young children, with the understanding that this facility has a pool. After having breakfast i got my children ready to go for a swim, and was rudely informed by the front desk staff that “the pool has been closed for months and I should have read the message I got from the hotel about it” 1 I did not receive anything regarding the pool. 2 the booking.com profile for this hotel still has “pool and waterslide” listed in its description as available. Now I have very disappointed children and the feeling of regret for staying here. The pool was the ONLY reason I booked this hotel to begin with.

Liked: The matterest was uncomfortable. We could hear people upstairs walking around. The walk-in shower was nice, except it needs to be fastened down better. Makes a loud noise when in it.
