A pleasant stay, a work...

Liked: The price was great, the operator was very friendly, the back garden was quiet and peaceful.
Disliked: Needs a bit of work. It’s no Ritz, but it’s perfectly functional.

Disappointed in the facility

Disliked: We had booked and were given a non-smoking room on the second floor but people gathered below to smoke! The smoke filtered into our room which defeated the purpose of the non-smoking room! The hotel was described as river view balconies...which our room was not!
