Liked: Location was nice
Disliked: The bed was really hard, lift wasn’t working and my mother has osteoarthritis so found the stairs difficult. There was dust in the room and the windows look like they were cleaned with a dirty rag.

Liked: The location,it was near for all our needs. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The noise and the bed I'm not sure if is the right size as mentioned in the description. The bed wasn't extra large.

Liked: Extra pillows this time , comfy beds, clean , nice staff , good location, water bottles, and biscuits in the rooms
Disliked: Even though it was clean , some areas of the room, such as the desk, had a lot of dust on. My partner, who has asthma, ended up getting a really bad cough and dust allergy. Also, lift is still not fixed!!!
