Night of nightmares
Liked: Location
Disliked: We had a shocking and deeply disappointing stay at Hôtel Restaurant Campanile Dijon Centre. After a 6-hour drive with our wheelchair-user daughter, we were given the wrong room — dirty, with blood-stained beds. Then we were sent to another room already occupied by a guest who screamed when we walked in. Finally, we were moved to a room with only a double bed — completely unsuitable for three people. It was also extremely noisy due to shouting and drunk guests outside.To make things worse, in the morning, two strangers opened our door after reception gave them access to our room. We received no apology or compensation from the staff, including shift manager Letitia.We booked a triple room and ended up sleeping uncomfortably, stressed, and feeling unsafe. This is completely unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund for this disgraceful experience.

Liked: Spacious and cleanliness.
Disliked: The day staff was nice. But I had an incident at the night which made be quite uneasy. I went to get some food after 12 PM and when I cameback, the sliding door didn't open automatically (I guess they do it for security reasons). So I asked someone inside to open it for me, the staff worken came to the door, asked my name and room number and only after verifying - she opened the door for me. It all seems normal and personally I don't mind this check as it is for the security of the site.The thing that bothered was that there was another person at the door whom I saw while I was walking towards the hotel and they opened the door for him without any verification. So was I being singled out, I think yes and no one likes to find themselves in such situations ever as they ruin your whole experience.

room adequate . parking and...
Liked: the room was adequate. reception staff were friendly.
Disliked: the parking experience was terrible. we asked at reception several times about how to get a discounted voucher for the parking at nearby station. in the event the voucher didn't work , and also we were charged twice costing 24.80 euro rather than th 8e euro we were told by reception staff. when we complained we were told to speak to the station operator (even though we live in the UK ) and the station is right next to the hotel . not pleased with the service level at all. food was below average . despite being promised hot food , at 8am all the hot food wasn't available as all finished
